The Judy Nelon Group is all about achieving dreams through loving people, enjoying the journey, and lots of hard work. God placed a dream in my heart when I was just a young girl working in my daddy's book, Bible, and record store in Columbus, Georgia. I worked in exchange for listening to the newest gospel records. I fell in love with my heroes: The LeFevres, Blackwood Brothers, and Hovie Lister and The Statesmen. I was fortunate to catch a glimpse of these talented groups in person when they came to town for concerts and live television appearances. 

A little later, there was another amazing gospel artist from Los Angeles, California, named Doris Akers whose star was on the horizon. She was a talented songwriter who penned "Sweet Sweet Spirit" and also directed the Sky Pilot Choir. Little did I know we would one day become dear friends and I would record with Doris and her famous choir. My dreams kept coming true as God opened numerous doors in the gospel music industry for me.

I believe all dreams can come true and feel called to help others achieve their dreams. For the past fifty years, I have been devoted to the message and the messengers of gospel music. With today's technology, marketing and public relations have never been better. Social media and instant communication make everything possible.
